3. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

All pricing is listed in CAD and is subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees applicable to that product or service.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information directly.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, courses, memberships, or services unless required by law.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your payment and billing details. For payment issues or suspected errors, please contact us at montana@createwithmontana.com within 30 days of purchase.

4. Digital Products, Courses & Memberships

  • All products are sold “as is.”

  • Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the current platform or domain hosting our website.

  • Upgrades or new versions may be sold separately.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Sharing of login information or course material is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these policies may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

5. Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Discount codes are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.

  • Missed or forgotten discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Gift cards and credits are valid for dollar value, not specific services.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any discount or promotional offer at any time.

6. Bookings & Private Sessions

  • Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are charged in full.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email only. Social media messages are not accepted.

7. Security & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse, sharing of access, or fraudulent behaviour.

8. Cookies & Data Tracking
